To my Indonesian Young Ambassador of Goodwill (I'm thinking this is all tosh; they're just trying to make the term visitor more elaborate), Fitri, I miss you already. And so does Kim, though she's not with me right now. The Indonesian students were so kind and respectful that you can't help turning off your uncivilized side and placing your hand over your heart after every handshake. And of all the precautions that they gave us, this is the only one that comes out as true. They don't seem to be affected by the color red and... they're not fasting at all. Some aren't even moslems.

And they are super accommodating. I acted all weird in the middle by reiterating that we're poor (I was just fazed by their rupee count, they have 5,000 rupee bills whereas we only have up to 1,000 peso bills here.) and I proceeded to speak faster than usual. Which only confused my Y.A.G (young ambassador of goodwill, it's quite lengthy) and me as well. Of course, like in all societies, there were handsome guys. Handsome, not hot. (Although come to think of it, my crush isn't hot either. The one in school, that is :">) So hello uhm... Jonathan and Pisco. (not sure here, is it Piso? IDK) I didn't really give any attention to these guys although it is a bit disappointing since I wasn't able to greet them.

Guys meet Jonathan. I don't know the surname, but lucky Micha and Nicole. They got such a handsome Y.A.G. When all of them entered he was the first one that I spotted. I immediately knew that we were meant to be. Not. Hahaha. I don't really care for it. Although some of my classmates totally went berserk for him and for a picture with him. Didn't get one for myself, how frustrating. :(

This is the portrait of the other handsome guy who I also spotted among the rest, and willed to God that I might have as a Y.A.G, but God must have been sleeping in. But no regrets there. If he became mine, I wouldn't have met Fitri. And that would be too bad.

And anyway, my mind wasn't on the right track during that moment. It was somewhere... there.

That's them when they performed a couple of songs using the angklung. It was so cool. I felt like a proud mother, seeing our Y.A.G out front raising her bamboo sticks instrument. I'm a bit guilty since right after I get introduced to one of them, I immediately forgot the name. The only ones that I do remember are Fitri (I'm not even sure of the spelling, what kind friend am I) and Mohammad. The latter is quite easy to remember since it's familiar. Meaning I totally cheated on that. :D

They gave us some rupiah too. I'm going to miss them. Or at least their presence since I wasn't able to get to know all of them, especially the latent guys. I was too busy coming to terms with my heart. Now WHA? Never you mind. :D

I Remembered
Monday, July 12, 20101:54 PM

All right! It's Monday and we don't have any classes. The afternoon just drags on... But don't get me wrong, I am eternally gratefully (woah XD I sound like the green aliens on Toy Story) that it does since I don't really want to face tomorrow yet. I just want to recall and reminisce last summer when the afternoon seems like it's not ever going to end and I spent half of the day staring into the ceiling and crying (oh. drama?), stalking Kyuhyun in his Twitter account, making out of this world banners that nobody ever looks at, lastly, hoping to catch a glimpse of R3. I miss him so much. Don't get to see him that often anymore since he's having duties in a far flung place since the start of the semester. Then, after this year, he's off to accomplish his dream. Sad to think that he's moving on in his life and I'm still stuck to being a dreamy, unrealistic and socially pessimistic high school girl. I wish he'd wait for me. Nah. I'm just gonna leave it to destiny. He (the destiny) could make it happen for me. I just have to wait (until my eyes are out and I'm 600 years old).

Gosh, what is wrong with this room? I've been in the bedroom for like, only ten minutes and it smells like smelly feet. It's not like it's pleasing to the nose. Maybe somebody from the adjacent house is cooking curry. Never saw a curry being cooked before and based from my definitions of curry and the things I hear on television (especially on Food Asia, wait, did I get the TV channel title right?) curry has a strong smell. More or less like Stroganoff, even if I haven't really smelled one. BUT THE HECK, it smells like somebody's got athletes foot here! Can't take it. *sniff *sniff. No it's not me. Thank God it's not. Let me share you a few pictures my very good friend Diane gave me. I look good in here (JOKE!) so I won't shy away from showing some. And... here's a good chance to introduce to you one of my very closest friends in class, which is Dawn. You're supposed to pronounce her name like this: dooaaaawwwnnn. Yeah, like that. Oh yeah, she's the white one that looks like she's from Japan or China. HAHAHA. I'm so bad. Love you Dawn!

Oh, I forgot to mention, I think these are pictures taken from our taping in History. We're supposed to make a music video featuring ourselves, of course and we had to adapt a song and make it all holy, for veneration to God. That's what I remember. I hate my role there because they had to film my eyes opening. I don't know why the freaking way they thought of that. And some of them were even telling me that the time it was played (I excused myself to the bathroom since I was sane enough to save myself from complete misery and embarrassment) the video got stuck when my eyes were in the middle of opening. NOOOOOOOOO! Total humiliation. I don't want to live anymore. Well, anyway, I wasn't there so they can't let me hear the end of it.

(from left to right) Diane, Me, Dawn

We look so good there. No. It's just actually me. Okay, I'm joking. But don't we look so young? *shiny eyes* Because, trust me, right now, we look like we just came from the past. Like in back to the future. It seems like we're about 50 years old or something. Of course minus the wrinkles. Or I think we have many right now since we thrive in stress and work and home works and more projects. We're practically a living mess.

Okay, I have no idea what I was doing here. Maybe I was looking at something?

Now that's a funny one. What was I looking at? Or maybe Dawn was making a remark and I was making the sarcastic face. I think I usually look like this when they're teasing me and I was on the brink of saying "WEHHHHH." Yeah, whatever.

Don't mind them.

This here cracked me up when I saw it. Don't they look awesome together? Haha. No, that's a joke. But honestly, when you look at the picture, there are two ways to see it in perspective:

Photo Journalist: I see two people in pain. The essence of loss can be remarked from the expression of the two gentlemen. It is evident that they share each others pain. What a dramatic and emotional picture. BRAVO! (Yeah, whatever. HAHA)

Blessie Anne: What the? Very fantastic photo! For a moment, it looks as if Felix here is just having a heart attack while Ace, on the other hand seems to have a very bad sore throat. AH! I know! It's a drug advertisement! Is it Tuseran?

JOKE. LOL. What is happening to me. I have such weird countenance on pictures. Yeah *nods*

THE GIRLS

THE BOYS

Don't we look cute? Ah. Enough of that.

All of us. I MISS ST. BARTH!

I guess that's all. See you next time! And for all the people who reads my posts, THANK YOU once again!

LOVE,

Blessie

P.S

I haven't watched Toy Story 3 yet. Bummer.

First of all, before I begin ranting and blabbing nonsense once again for this post, let me greet someone and acknowledge her for being such a good friend... or kinda, maybe. Haha. Anyway. Prepare a round of applause as I introduce to you a very intelligent young lady (Usually, intelligent and beautiful comes together during descriptions like this but I'm going to slash off the beautiful, because she's not. KIDDING.), my closest friend and close confidante from class... (Imagine Vhong Navarro running on a track field with his mouth wide open and that weird WAAAAIIIIIIITTTTT expression on his face as he flips his head from side to side and this song can be heard warbling on the background "Nanghihinayang, nanghihinayang ang puso ko. Sa piling ko'y lumuha ka lang...") Diana Lagundi!!!

All right. Been there done that. And so, yeah, a huge thanks to Diane because well, I don't know how she does it, but she somehow got lost in the wilderness and then started following my blog (she's out of it because plainly, nobody ever does) and reading all of my posts and at the same time, being privy to the most embarrassing and mournful moments of my horrid, fourteen year old life. As if my life needed any more drama than it could afford. Actually, with 25 seconds of my life, you could already derive a 5 hour teleplay and still have more than that. We're (Diane and I) even talking about setting up our own television entertainment network that will feature the drama and the horror of my (as the lead actress, mainly because I have the most drama-filled youth) and her (as the supporting actress, I don't know why, because she supports all my whims and bears with me when I'm already irritating to the core) life as a teenager struggling for survival.

Gosh, it made us look like jungle war freaks. Totally not good. But anyway, I'm going to make this post very short since it's already a bit late and AS USUAL, I still haven't done any of my home works and as yet again USUAL, I'm going to have to resort to cramming, which is not good guys, so do not ever follow my example. I'm a bad model. Because.... I'm beautiful and everybody just pales in comparison. HAHA. Lol. Gotcha. What am I doing? I'm going crazy already and I'm bubbling out nonsense. Even my joke sucks. You didn't laugh there, did you? No you didn't. Yeah, I know. See? Goodness... I need a shrink. I'm hopeless.

But anyway, I guess what I really wanted to say to Diane is thank you, for finding the enthusiasm, or maybe just because she's really bored and she loves hearing about my drama (Haha. Guys, this is a firsthand or primary evidence that I'm a crackhead and a little bit too cracked up already.), no seriously, and letting me know that she read my post, which drives me up the wall, since God knows what goes on in my blog posts and whatever die hard embarrassing events are documented in there. Actually, I'm already used to everybody ignoring my blog (I'm half happy half sad about that. Happy because nobody gets to read about my true feelings and I can still keep my life private without sacrificing my need to write about them in my online journal, and sad because nobody is really interested. Sometimes, it could feel real good to know that someone, at least one, loves reading what you have to say, no matter worthless or irrelevant they may be. ^.^) and it's a bit of an adjustment and fulfillment that YES!, I have people I could share my moments with already.

Oh yeah. I almost forgot. My title is derived from another one (and a new addition) of my favorite movies, "Lovely Complex". It's the perfect love story and you'll also fall in love along the course of the story. I highly recommend it. NO. What is wrong with me? So now I look like and seem like a bald narcissist man offering people fish balls. What kind of ideas do I get these days??? Haha.

Till my next post,

Blessie
